Yes, ist possible.
DIN-plugs are easily available.
But you need to know the pin assignment.

Is ist connected 1:1 or is it twister?
Are the connectors you need male or female?
How many pins are needed?

You can buy the connectors and the right cable and build your cable oneself.

It´s possible that the pins of the connectors are changed with the cable, thats what i said with twisted.
For example Pin 1 on the one Plug is connected to pin 4 on the other.

When ist connected 1:1, pin 2 is connected to pin 2, pin 3 to pin 3 and so on, for example.
I think it´s connected 1:1, but i don't know it exactly.

There are some different kind of the pin arrangement.
Its called "Hufeisenform" and "Kreisrund".
You must compare it with the female connector on the amplifier, changer or radio to see what´s the right part.

With the cable i can´t help you but it´s not hard.
You can take a cable with nine braids á 0,14mm2
eight for the inert pins, the ninth is for ground on the plug housing.
